Recently, the Punjab Women’s Junior Inter-school Swimming Championship was held, with nearly 135 participants from all over Punjab.
The ISC girls under 16 team consisting of Meerab Bajwa, Sarah Cheema, Sherbano Hassan and Maya Omar Choudhry did an amazing job, bagging 1 gold and 2 silvers in their relay races.
Meerab won a bronze in the 200 IM, silver in 50m freestyle, and Maya Omar Choudhry won the “best swimmer” trophy in the under 16 category. Maya won gold in all 5 races.
